Air Blowoff (TAIG Mill)

The air blow off for the TAIG micro mill allows for efficient chip removal using compressed air. This system will safely keep chips off of your workpiece and away from your cutting tool allowing for worry free autonomous CNC machining.

The unit interfaces with the T-slot along the side of the mill's spindle. It can easily be directed at the cutting tool while being safely positioned away from the workpiece. The nozzle is a small diameter orifice which makes efficient use of the precious air provided by low power shop size compressors.

This system terminates in an industrial style quick connect fitting, it includes a ball valve to control airflow. A 1/4" OD pneumatic tube routes the compressed air to the nozzle with included quick connect hose fittings on both ends.
